Industry Internet Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic VP of Brand and Customer Acquisition Marketing. This leader will bring innovative strategies to life for our newest brand. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our core customer bases, create an engaging brand persona, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and foster retention across diverse online and offline channels. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to distribute brand content effectively, overseeing the management of campaigns, and ensuring we achieve our predetermined KPI targets. You will engage in A/B testing, manage marketing budgets, and work cross-functionally to align our marketing efforts with product development and demand planning. To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years on the brand side. A strong expertise in SEM, affiliate marketing, paid social, display advertising, and video marketing is essential. Experience managing direct-response e-commerce campaigns, alongside familiarity with traditional channels like radio, TV, and print, is also necessary. A solid foundation in marketing analytics, proven management experience, and the ability to lead small teams effectively is crucial. You should be an excellent communicator, adept at multitasking, and skilled in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
