Marketing Account Manager

About Your Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of complex, multi-solution marketing campaigns with a focus on performance, analysis, and growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in key digital channels who is ready to drive results. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to client goals Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and present data-driven recommendations to clients Edit and optimize SEO content in collaboration with our Content Coordinator Lead client communications via email, phone, and meetings (virtual or in-person) Identify and recommend upsell opportunities to support account growth Create compelling case studies and drive online review acquisition Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution Maintain the professional and friendly online reputation of the company Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, such as phone coverage What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred 1 year of Answer and Search Engine Optimization experience preferred 2 years of Search Engine Optimization experience required 2+ years of experience in digital marketing required Strong proficiency in various digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with evolving marketing trends and tools What Will Make Us Really Like You Proficiency in Google Analytics and a software such as SE Ranking or similar Public Relations knowledge or experience Collaborative, results-driven, and adaptable mindset What Will Make You Really Like Us WSI Smart Marketing exists to passionately partner with national and local businesses by leveraging the power of the Internet.
