Requirements You're based in San Francisco, CA and available to work on-site You have 5+ years of experience in creative direction specifically for performance marketing You have a demonstrated portfolio of performance creative across multiple channels (Meta, YouTube, CTV, etc.) You're comfortable owning P&L impact across ad campaigns You have experience building creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale You actively use AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern creative workflows Responsibilities: Produce and direct creative across all paid marketing surfaces, including Meta, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle, and CRO Own and understand the P&L impact of ad campaigns across channels Shape and maintain the expression of Owner's brand across paid media Build and own the creative testing framework to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with the growth team on performance analytics to inform creative strategy This is the perfect role for someone who wants to make a measurable impact at a fast-scaling company and help define what great performance creative looks like at scale.
