Media & Advertising Sales Consultant Midwest Communications, Inc in Lansing, MI is seeking a proven Media & Advertising Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across one of the most dominant audio and digital media portfolios in Central Michigan. As our Media & Advertising Consultant, you will create advertising solutions that leverage radio, digital, and event marketing assets to help clients achieve their marketing goals. Local Stations: WJXQ-FM, WLMI-FM, WQTX-FM, WWDK-FM This role has a base salary and monthly commission As our Media & Advertising Sales Consultant, you will Prospect, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of new business through cold calling, networking, and community engagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needsCreate and present customized advertising proposals across radio, digital, streaming, social, and promotional platformsMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goalsCollaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, digital, and production) to execute successful campaignsMaintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activity in CRM systemsStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offeringsProvide ongoing campaign performance updates and recommendations to clientsRepresent the station at community and networking events to enhance brand visibilityWe are asking you to Be a high-achieving sales leader with a track record of developing revenueHave excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsBe self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyHave a valid Michigan Driver License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record CheckWe offer a great work environment along with a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package.
