Marketing Sales Representative

Job Description Clear Vision Marketing, Inc. is a promotional marketing firm located in Killeen, Texas. We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and help expand our retail brand presence. Responsibilities Develop customer experience base and meet sales objectives in store. Sell all products and services offered by the Company and help create sales standards. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including completing customer contracts, accepting payments, and filing completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Stay informed about competitive offers and provide market feedback to the Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle customer service inquiries related to products and services. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience. This position may be commission‑based and quota‑based. General Duties Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Stay up to date and expand sales ability. Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs, and make a sale. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers. Qualifications Desired Qualifications: 1–3 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Additional Information Competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to earn additional monthly commission by meeting or exceeding sales objectives. W‑2 position (not 1099). No door‑to‑door, business‑to‑business, telephone, or cold‑calling activities.
