Marketing & Sales Coordinator – Game Show Experience! Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Position Type: Part-Time (5-10 hours/week) Schedule: Flexible Compensation: $500/month + potential performance bonuses This Isn't Just Another Marketing Job We're not looking for someone to simply post on Instagram and check a few boxes on a marketing calendar. We're looking for someone who wants to help make Salt Lake Game Show Experience a household name in Salt Lake City. We're a growing entertainment business offering an immersive game show experience like nothing else in Utah. People walk through our doors expecting to play a game—and leave talking about it, sharing it, and wanting to come back. Your job is to help get more people through those doors. You'll have the freedom to come up with ideas, test them, build relationships, reach out to potential customers, and see your work directly translate into bookings. If you're creative, outgoing, entrepreneurial, and excited by the idea of building something instead of just maintaining something, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Your job will be simple: get more people excited about playing. You'll help us Create and execute social media campaigns Develop creative marketing ideas and turn them into actual campaigns Reach out to businesses, organizations, schools, community groups, and other potential customers Create and distribute flyers, mailings, and other promotional materials Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations Attend networking events, expos, and community events Represent Salt Lake Game Show Experience at event tables and promotional opportunities Follow up with leads and potential customers Track outreach and marketing results Report regularly to management on what's working, what's not, and what we should try next Bring Us Ideas This isn't a position where we expect you to wait for someone to hand you a marketing plan. The Person We're Looking For You don't have to check every box, but the right person will: Have experience creating and executing marketing campaigns Enjoy talking to people and building relationships Be comfortable making sales calls and sending outreach emails Understand social media and how to create engaging content Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Be organized and follow through on commitments Be comfortable representing a business in public Think like an entrepreneur and look for opportunities Be able to work independently with limited supervision Be excited about helping a young, growing business succeed Marketing, sales, hospitality, event, or small-business experience is a plus.
