Marketing Operations Associate

Avalanche Advertising is a boutique digital marketing agency headquartered in Cleveland. We run high-performance paid media, SEO, reputation management, and marketing automation for clients mainly in CLE. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to work directly with the founder. This is a ground-floor role with a clear growth path. You will learn every part of an agency from the inside and own the work that drives our local presence in Cleveland. What you will do: Coordinate in-person client meetings, site visits, and Cleveland-area eventsCapture local content for LinkedIn, case studies, and speaking engagementsSupport founder calendar, inbox triage, and prep for sales and partner meetingsRun local prospect research and warm outreach supportCoordinate cross-team project timelines and client deadlinesHandle vendor, office, and local administrative tasksBuild operational SOPs as you learn each function Who you are: 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, agency, or operations work, or strong demonstrated aptitudeCleveland-based and able to work in person multiple days per weekSharp, organized, naturally proactiveComfortable with ambiguity and willing to own outcomesCurious about marketing technology, paid media, SEO, and the business of running an agencyStrong written and verbal communication What you get: Direct mentorship from the founderExposure to every service line and every client conversationClear path from part-time to full-time based on performance (120-day review)Real career trajectory: marketing strategy, operations leadership, or business development depending on your strengths Logistics: Part-time to start: 20 to 25 hours per weekW-2 hourly: $20 to $26/hour DOEHybrid with Cleveland office presence requiredFull-time conversion target at 120 days: $45k to $55k base plus benefits To apply: Send your resume and a short Loom video (90-120 seconds) explaining why this role fits, what experience you have and what you bring to the table.
