Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator Giza Roofing Solutions – Cape Coral, FL Giza Roofing Solutions is looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to help grow our residential and commercial roofing business throughout Southwest Florida. We are not looking for someone who only posts on social media — we are looking for someone who understands how to generate real leads, track marketing performance, manage spending, and help scale a fast-growing roofing company. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Marketing Generate and help manage inbound roofing leads Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns Track lead sources and campaign performance Help increase company visibility and brand awareness Assist with social media content and advertising Coordinate project photos/videos and online marketing Help build referral and community partnerships Assist with Google, Facebook, LSA, and digital marketing efforts Marketing Budget & Performance Tracking Track marketing spending and ROI Monitor cost per lead and campaign effectiveness Organize lead tracking within JobNimbus/CRM Prepare simple marketing performance reports Recommend ways to improve lead quality and efficiency Administrative & Operational Support Maintain organized marketing systems and files Coordinate with sales and office teams Assist with customer review campaigns and reputation management Help support company growth initiatives and branding Qualifications Experience in marketing, lead generation, CRM management, or business development Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to track numbers, budgets, and marketing performance Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, Canva, or CRM systems preferred Construction or roofing industry experience is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong follow-through and accountability Cape Coral, FL Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program Work Location: In person
