Job Description

Are you a creative, highly organized, and tech-savvy professional who is passionate about lighting technology? We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Generalist to join our team and support our marketing department's day-to-day operations.
In this fully on-site role, you will be involved in all aspects of the marketing process, from conducting market research and planning to executing daily campaign details. If you thrive at multitasking, excel in delivering exceptional customer service, and are eager to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Engineering, this is the perfect opportunity to help us maintain brand excellence.
Challenge Yourself – The Specifics:
Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that attracts the target audienceContribute to social media and content calendars by supporting the production of relevant and shareable content while maintaining consistent Company messaging, tone, grammar, and visual identityMaintain, monitor, and track social media platforms across all company brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, including voice, tone, colors, and messagingMaintain campaign calendars and organize promotional schedulesAssist in the creation and maintenance of company swag for customer-facing eventsAct as the first point of contact for all guests, greeting and directing them in a professional and courteous mannerUtilize and maintain department software tools such as HubSpot, Magento, Monday.com, and WordPressTrack tasks and progress across projects using Monday.com project management softwareOrganize and archive media assets such as photographs and videos using established naming conventionsMaintain organization and distribution of digital collateral (e.g., brochures, customer-specific documents)Assist in the creation of marketing materials using brand guidelines, including PDF flyers, landing pages, lookbooks, rack cards, and formsRevise and update existing collateral to reflect current branding and product offeringsCreate and manage event assets such as flyers, QR codes, calendar invites, and related materials for both in-person and virtual eventsTrack product release schedules and collaborate with relevant teams to support product launchesSupport senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behavior, identifying target audiences, and compiling reports as requestedPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You Have a Unique Combination of Skills, Talents and Mindset, Including Many of the Following:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience and trainingExperience in a supportive marketing role is preferredIntermediate knowledge of administrative software: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong technical writing skills and effective verbal communicationExcellent interpersonal skills and professional representation of the CompanyWillingness to learn and communicate a basic understanding of our product lines
