We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Director to lead our local marketing initiatives and represent our brand in the community.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Director at a high-volume, $10 million+ free-standing Chick-fil-A location, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy that drives guest engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases restaurant sales. This position offers direct access to Chick-fil-A corporate marketing resources, training, and national campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive brand awareness and customer trafficPlan, promote, and oversee community events, sponsorships, and partnershipsCreate content and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and adjust strategy as neededCollaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectivesManage marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI)Represent the Chick-fil-A brand in a professional, consistent, and community-focused mannerUtilize corporate-provided marketing materials, toolkits, and training programsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1+ year of marketing experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesProficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyPassionate about the Chick-fil-A brand and aligned with its valuesPreferred Qualifications
Experience with event planning, public relations, or community engagementBasic knowledge of graphic design, email marketing platformsFamiliarity with local marketing strategy in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industryBenefits for Full-Time Employees
