RooterMan Plumbing of Charleston Charleston, SC — In Office $19–$25/hour based on experience About the Role RooterMan Plumbing of Charleston is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to help support the continued growth of our locally owned plumbing company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, technology, organization, and business operations. We are looking for someone who does more than complete tasks — we want someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn, and enjoys seeing their contributions directly impact the growth of a company. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, dependable, and excited to develop new skills while helping a growing local business improve its systems, marketing, and customer experience. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person. What You’ll Do Marketing & Business Growth Support Create and publish SEO-focused blog content targeting local service keywords Assist with Google Business Profile updates and optimization Schedule and manage social media content Create basic graphics and marketing materials using templates Research competitors, local trends, and marketing opportunities Assist with SEO initiatives, online listings, and growth projects Learn and use digital marketing tools, software, and AI resources to improve efficiency Operations & Administrative Support Provide occasional phone coverage and customer support Assist with scheduling and dispatch support when needed Learn company software systems and help maintain accurate records Assist with administrative projects and process improvements Help with inventory tracking, purchasing support, and operational organization Support the team with other projects as the business grows Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership and pride in their work Is dependable and detail-oriented Enjoys learning new technology and software Has strong written communication skills Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities Has a positive attitude and wants to contribute to a growing team Looks for ways to improve processes and help the business succeed Experience That Helps (But Not Required) Social media experience Canva or basic graphic design skills Writing or content creation experience SEO knowledge Google Business Profile experience Customer service experience Experience with home services or small businesses Why Join RooterMan?
