Marketing Assistant Location: Savannah, GA | Job Type: Part-time Hourly : $20-$25 an hour based on experience About Southern Cross Hospitality Southern Cross Hospitality (SCH) is a growing restaurant group based in Savannah, GA, best known for The Collins Quarter, Fishbar, Ukiyo, The Fitzroy, Doki Doki, and The Deck on Tybee Island. We've recently welcomed our eighth concept, La Vetta, and are working towards opening an elevated cocktail lounge this fall. Each of our venues has its own distinct identity, concept, and menu, united by a shared commitment to genuine hospitality. About the Role We're seeking a Marketing Assistant with a strong interest in food & beverage to join our growing hospitality group. This is a full-time, marketing-focused role that also includes administrative and secretarial support. You'll work closely with our existing Marketing Coordinator, playing a key role in shaping guest communications, brand perception, and overall guest satisfaction across our restaurant portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented people-person who enjoys telling hospitality-focused stories and collaborating across teams.
