Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within professional services or insuranceDemonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns, websites, email marketing, and social mediaExperience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, content management systems, and digital advertising platformsExceptional writing and editorial skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office required; Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro X, and WordPress experience preferred
~ Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and standards across all internal and external communications and materials
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, vendors, and community organizations
Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing strategies that support sales and business growth
Lead email marketing initiatives, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
Oversee website strategy, content updates, functionality, and optimization
Manage social media strategy, content planning, and publishing schedules
Oversee video content from planning and scripting through production and publishing
Plan and coordinate company events, client appreciation events, seminars, and community engagement activities
Represent the company at community, industry, and networking events
Support paid digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising initiatives
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance of Marketing Department personnel
Support trademark renewal and application processes alongside the compliance team
Develop and continuously improve Marketing Department standard operating procedures
