Build a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads. Oversee all marketing budgets and maximize return on investment. Lead digital, traditional, and grassroots marketing initiatives. Manage agency and vendor relationships. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with the sales, operations, and executive leadership teams. Create dashboards to track marketing performance daily. Optimize every stage of the customer acquisition journey. Continuously test new marketing channels and innovative growth strategies. Build systems that allow the company to scale efficiently. Has managed multi-channel marketing budgets. Has experience in home improvement, home services, retail, or direct-to-consumer industries (preferred). Understands digital marketing platforms and analytics. Can lead both creative and analytical initiatives. Is passionate about coaching and developing people. Makes decisions based on data. Brings energy, creativity, accountability, and ownership. Enjoys building systems that scale. Is highly organized and execution-focused.
