Position Title: Digital Advertising Manager Reports To: VP of Operations Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commensurate with experience About Alluvial Apparel Company Alluvial Apparel Company is a family-owned, multi-brand fashion business headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We currently operate three brands across DTC, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, with a clear roadmap to six brands by 2027. We move fast, we care deeply about brand integrity, and we're building our in-house team to take full ownership of how we show up and grow across every channel. About the Role We're looking for a Digital Advertising Manager who can walk in, take full ownership of paid media across all our brands, and build something we're proud of. This is a hands-on-keyboard role. You will be in the platforms every day, but it also requires the strategic mind to manage budget allocation across a multi-brand portfolio, identify what's working and scale it, and eventually build and lead a small in-house ads team as we grow. Key Responsibilities Paid social — Meta & Instagram Own strategy, execution, and optimization of all Meta and Instagram campaigns across all brands Build and manage full-funnel campaigns: prospecting, retargeting, retention, and reactivation Lead creative testing, develop structured A/B tests for copy, creative, audiences, and formats Manage audience segmentation, lookalike strategy, and pixel health across all brand accounts Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes, iOS privacy impacts, and attribution shifts Paid search — Google & Shopping Build and manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns Develop keyword strategy across branded and non-branded terms for each brand Own Google Merchant Center feeds, product data optimization, and feed health Manage bid strategies, Quality Scores, and landing page alignment TikTok advertising Develop and execute TikTok paid strategy tailored to each brand's voice and audience Collaborate with content team on TikTok-native creative briefs and ad formats Test Spark Ads, TopView, and in-feed formats and report on performance by brand Stay current on TikTok Shop integrations and emerging commerce features Multi-brand portfolio management Manage and allocate paid media budget across all brands — currently three, scaling to six Develop brand-level performance dashboards and report weekly to ownership Balance brand-building and performance objectives across the portfolio Create and maintain a consistent testing and learning calendar across all brands Analytics & reporting Own attribution modeling and reporting across all channels and brands Build performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar Translate data into clear, actionable insights — not just numbers, but what to do next Track and report on ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, MER, and brand-level contribution margin Creative direction & collaboration Brief the content and creative team on ad creative needs by platform and brand Develop a structured creative testing framework to reduce dependence on guesswork Build a creative feedback loop so winning concepts are identified and scaled fast Team building (12–24 month horizon) As we scale to six brands, recruit and manage 1–2 junior paid media specialists Build the playbooks, SOPs, and processes that make the in-house function self-sufficient Become the internal authority on paid media, the person we trust to set the standard What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years managing multi-brand or multi-account portfolios Deep, current expertise in Meta Ads Manager Strong Google Ads experience across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max Proven TikTok ads experience with a track record of scaling creative-driven campaigns Experience managing $500k+ in annual ad spend independently Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable in GA4, platform dashboards, and building your own reports Fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand experience — you understand the customer and the creative A portfolio or case studies showing measurable results you personally drove Preferred Agency background with in-house ambitions. You know the agency grind and you're ready to go deep Experience with Shopify and paid social Experience with Klaviyo integration for retargeting and audience syncing Wholesale or B2B advertising experience is a bonus Experience hiring or mentoring junior media buyers What You Can Expect From Us Full ownership.
