This transformation is an opportunity to help build a best-in-class municipal communications function from the ground up.  The City is seeking a Communications Manager/Public Information Officer (PIO) who is energized by strategic leadership, collaboration, and meaningful public service. The Communications Manager is the City’s secondary non-public safety spokesperson and supports crisis and critical incident communications, and the primary point of contact for the news media.
