Reagan Outdoor Advertising is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing & Research Specialist to support our Indianapolis sales team through market research, audience analysis, proposal development, and the creation of compelling marketing materials. This position plays a critical role in helping our sales organization communicate the value of out-of-home advertising through data-driven insights, impactful presentations, and market intelligence. Analyze audience measurement data, demographic information, traffic counts, DEC reports, and market trends. Assist with campaign reporting and post-analysis presentations for clients. Maintain databases of marketing assets, research materials, and audience data.

Renegotiate existing leases as possible. On a daily basis: Locate new sites for outdoor structures Contact landowners and negotiate a lease agreement Obtain necessary building permits Negotiate renewal leases Service current lessors Know on a day-to-day basis the activity in the market; which areas can be developed, which lessors are unhappy, who the competition is calling on, what code changes are on the horizon. The Leasing Agent’s function is to negotiate, permit, and renegotiate lease locations and to resolve lessor problems as they arise.
