The Integrated Marketing Strategy team delivers integrated, differentiated, and impactful marketing programs that scale across all client segments.   We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Wealth Management Integrated Marketing Strategy team to lead centralized Content, Social and Creative functions for the team.     **Responsibilities:**  * Lead integrated content strategy development, evolution and execution across all client segments. This includes developing net new content and amplifying existing content across thought leaders and functional partners across the Firm. * Lead social media strategy development, evolution and execution across all existing and new Wealth Management social channels, including the Executive Social program strategy. * Lead in-house Creative Services strategy, evolution and execution to support creative needs across the full WM Marketing team. * Leverage AI to turbo charge content, social and creative strategies – identify, test into and scale AI use cases to accelerate progress against strategies and drive teamwide adoption. * Lead team of 15+ members and manage 3 direct reports. * Foster strong, trusted and deep partnerships across WM partners (GIO, Investment Solutions, Practice Strategy, Workplace, E\*TRADE), Firmwide Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Analytics & Data. * Define and track KPIs across strategies and initiatives, identify opportunities to deepen impact and enhance performance.   **Knowledge and Skills Required:**   * 15+ years of experience in marketing, including leading content strategy, social media strategy and creative/branding strategy. * Proficiency with leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and optimize efficiency. * Data-driven mindset. * Exceptional relationship-building, people leadership, and communication skills. * Strong executive presence with ability to influence superiors and peers. * Proven track record of effective leadership. * Must have a winning attitude and foster a positive environment. * Must be able to adapt easily to change and operate effectively in white space situations. * Undergraduate degree required. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:** At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
