We build websites for small businesses through enterprise clients, and design is usually the reason they hire us. Our team moves fast, cares about craft, and ships real work every week. We're looking for a web designer who can take a project from concept to launch and hold the details together along the way. This role suits someone with a few years behind them, comfortable inside complex builds, and steady under deadlines. What You'll Do Design and build WordPress sites in Elementor Pro, Salient, and Bricks, plus Wix and Shopify projects as they come upStructure content with Advanced Custom Fields so sites stay flexible as clients growManage large, content-heavy sites with performance, security, and scalability in mindConfigure and troubleshoot themes, plugins, and third-party integrationsImprove load times, Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO performanceDesign mobile-first and make sure every breakpoint holds upPresent concepts to clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with strategists and developers to deliver on time and in scope What We're Looking For 3+ years designing and managing WordPress websitesStrong Elementor Pro skills, including custom layouts, global styling, and template systemsHands-on experience with Advanced Custom FieldsExperience with large, content-heavy, or high-traffic sitesWorking knowledge of hosting, DNS, and WordPress best practicesA real grasp of UX and UI, with an eye on performance and engagementClear communication, including presenting work directly to clientsOrganized enough to run several projects at once without dropping threads Bonus Points WooCommerce and ecommerce buildsAPI integrations and advanced WordPress customizationTechnical SEO Why Join Us Work that ships.
