This position requires a profound understanding of both Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences, as well as the ability to convert research and data into actionable, audience-focused strategies. You will conduct comprehensive competitive and market analyses to pinpoint opportunities for brand differentiation, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration of brand strategy into omnichannel marketing initiatives. Key Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years' experience in brand strategy or brand planning within a pharmaceutical agency.A proven track record in leading major product launch strategies and effectively managing multiple brands.Expertise in HCP and DTC marketing strategies for pharmaceuticals is crucial.Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis.Ability to distill complex scientific and clinical information into compelling marketing strategies.A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a team of strategic professionals.Travel Requirement: Less than 10% Functions: Marketing Strategy
