Temp. Marketing Generalist-Part Time,Prop Advertising (Harrah's SoCal)

* Actively manages the department workflow by receiving, reviewing and trafficking of all in-coming work order in a timely manner. Obtain additional details and direction from clients as necessary. Manage daily client communication regarding project status, approvals, and scheduling * Provides administrative assistance to the advertising department on day-to-day activities, including responding to vendor phone calls and emails * Responsible for opening requisitions and working with Purchasing on the coordination of POs and deliveries. * Participates in traffic and production meetings with the team to ensure all projects are on time. * Provide clear, thorough written direction to appropriate teams (creative) per type of project including, but not limited to, the design team, copy writer and agency partners. * Manages production supplies and places orders as needed. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Willingness to work in any assigned department and on any projects. * Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints.
