Sr. Associate Brand Manager

Join our team as a **Sr. Associate** **Brand Manager** and lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives across our ice cream portfolio. In this hybrid role, you will drive brand strategy, partner cross-functionally, and deliver growth through impactful marketing programs and new product innovation.   **Key Responsibilities:** * Support and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned to business goals * Develop consumer and shopper communications (advertising, packaging, promotions, PR, digital, and social) * Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners (advertising, packaging, PR, digital) * Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to drive flawless execution * Partner with sales on market- and account-level programs * Use data and insights to inform pricing, merchandising, and competitive strategy * Drive new product development from concept to commercialization * Support marketing budget management, ROI tracking, and reporting * Optimize portfolio plans to achieve sales, share, and profit objectives * Bring ideas to life creating and delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, category management, sales, or related roles * Proven experience in new product launch/commercialization * Strong analytical, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills * Ability to travel up to 15% **Benefits:** * Health and Welfare benefits begin 1st of the month after start date * 401(k) with company contribution * Competitive pay * Paid vacation and holidays * Career growth opportunities – we promote from within! * Comprehensive healthcare benefits * Service recognition and employee rewards * Employee referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Work for dairy farm families An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
