Software Engineer: Machine Learning - Advertising Platforms

Responsibilities Play a central role in designing and implementing systems to improve advertising quality. Define key success metrics, design and run A/B tests to experiment with new ads targeting and pCTR algorithms. Research and develop new algorithms to improve advertising relevance and quality. Work in a small, collaborative team with back-end engineers, front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new ideas to life. Qualifications MS or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering discipline. 1+ years of industry experience. Significant experience working on advertising quality a plus. Knowledge of Machine Learning, Probability, Statistics, and Data Mining. Experience with Map-Reduce computing system such as Hadoop. Self-directed, independent and has experience owning complete features/products.
