About Us Fullsphere Digital is a Reno-based digital marketing agency specializing in social media, content creation, websites, SEO, and paid advertising. We work with a variety of hospitality, lifestyle, and local brands to create high-quality content and drive real results. Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator Intern to join our team in-person for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on real client accounts, assist with content creation, and gain direct experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles Manage community engagement (respond to comments, messages, and reviews) Assist in planning and organizing monthly content calendars Support in-person photo and video shoots (setup, content capture, and occasional on-camera presence) Research and track social media trends Maintain organization of content and assets in Dropbox Contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns Qualifications Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable working in-person and collaborating with a team Comfortable being on camera is a plus Bonus: Experience with photo/video editing (Adobe, CapCut, etc.) What You’ll Gain Real experience working on client social media accounts Opportunity to assist on professional photo/video shoots Portfolio-building content and projects Exposure to agency operations and marketing strategy Mentorship from an experienced digital marketing team Location Requirement This is an in-person position based in Reno, NV.
