Social Media and Marketing Representative

Gelatiamo is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to increase retail, wholesale, catering, and online sales while strengthening the company's digital presence. This role combines sales, digital marketing, social media management, and customer relationship building. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience with digital marketing and social media management. Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms. Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, creative, and goal-oriented. Key Responsibilities Develop new wholesale, catering, and corporate accounts. Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase sales. Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create engaging marketing content, including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate email marketing and online promotions. Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements. Represent Gelatiamo at community events, networking opportunities, and trade shows. Collaborate with the operations team to support product launches and promotions. Performance Expectations (KPIs) Open 3–5 new wholesale accounts per month. Generate 40–60 qualified sales leads per month. Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per month. Publish 5–7 social media posts and 3–5 short videos/reels per week. Increase social media engagement and followers by 8–10% per month. Support 10–15% monthly sales growth through marketing and sales initiatives. Submit weekly activity reports and monthly performance summaries. They should be comfortable working independently, using digital marketing tools, creating engaging content, and representing the Gelatiamo brand professionally in the community.
