Senior Google Ads Specialist - High ROAS & Budget Management (Remote)

We are looking for a result-oriented, data-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our search, display, and Performance Max campaigns. If you have a proven track record of scaling ad spend efficiently while maintaining high ROAS, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Direct and manage monthly Google Ads budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Plan, build, and optimize high-converting Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns. Conduct continuous keyword expansion, negative keyword filtering, and search term analysis. Write high-converting ad copy and conduct A/B testing on ad assets and landing pages. Set up and audit conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Analyze performance data weekly to identify growth opportunities and reduce acquisition costs. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with a track record of scaling campaigns profitably. Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
