About this role

General Description: We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. This is not a “post and report” role. You will own the development and optimization of full-funnel digital marketing strategies—turning content, paid media, email, and SEO into measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build scalable lead generation programs that support multiple brands, product lines, and sales channels. Essential Job Functions: Drive Full-Funnel Demand Generation Build and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, email, paid media, and social Develop content-driven buyer journeys—from awareness to conversion Identify, qualify, and segment new lead sources for targeted campaigns Partner with industry media to expand reach and visibility Own Paid Media Strategy & Performance Plan and execute Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns Collaborate on landing page strategy and conversion optimization Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data Deliver clear reporting tied to pipeline and ROI Lead Email Marketing & Automation Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and campaign automation Segment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagement Track and report on campaign impact on lead quality and sales outcomes Expand Brand Reach Through Influencers & Media Manage and grow influencer and media partnerships Identify new opportunities to reach untapped audiences Measure and prove the impact of brand awareness initiatives Develop High-Impact Marketing Assets Identify gaps in the buyer journey and recommend new assets (case studies, calculators, videos, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to bring ideas to life Ensure all content aligns with lead generation goals Own Analytics & Performance Reporting Translate data into actionable insights across all digital channels Track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI Provide clear, strategic recommendations to improve results All other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications: Required 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably: In-house at a manufacturing or B2B company, OR At an agency specializing in B2B, industrial, or channel marketing Proven success driving lead generation and pipeline growth Strong expertise in: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social SEO and content strategy Email marketing and automation workflows Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms Deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization Technical & Tools Google Analytics, Google Ads Salesforce Marketing Engagement / Account Engagement Adobe Creative Suite (working knowledge) Social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite) Experience leveraging AI tools for content and optimization Preferred Experience in marketing team of a manufacturing business is a plus Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Vision insurance Experience: Digital marketing: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
