Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and process driven Bookkeeper to manage the financial affairs for Weber Advertising . You would be responsible for recording and maintaining the business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. You will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement. Besides our other routine services, we manage co-operative advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate would have: · Past experience in an Accounting position · Experience in Accounting Procedures · Preferred experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office · Detail oriented Responsibilities Monthly Billing Accounts Payable and Receivable Co-operative Advertising submissions Payroll (Bi-Weekly) Provide accurate financial statements on a monthly basis Analyze financial statements for discussion with our board Manage banking relationships Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Physical Setting: Office Work Location: In person
