Supernova Marketing — Santa Rosa, CA $19.00–$22.00 per hour Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Full-Time | In-Person Supernova Marketing is hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our retail sales team in Santa Rosa, CA. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales while representing AT&T products and services inside major retail locations. You’ll speak directly with customers, explain available products and promotions, identify customer needs, and help customers choose options that fit those needs. This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position. It is not remote, door-to-door, or call-center sales. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you build product knowledge, confidence, and sales skills. Employees are paid weekly, with compensation ranging from $19.00–$22.00 per hour. What You’ll Do Represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations Greet customers and identify their needs Explain available products, services, and promotions Assist customers through the sales and enrollment process Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Positive, professional, and coachable attitude Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, or other customer-facing positions often have skills that transfer well into this role.
