Retail Sales Representative - AT&T

Supernova Marketing — Santa Rosa, CA $19.00–$22.00 per hour Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Full-Time | In-Person Supernova Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our customer-facing sales team in Santa Rosa, CA. In this role, you will represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations, speak with customers face-to-face, explain available products and promotions, and help customers select options that fit their needs. This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position. It is not remote, door-to-door, or call-center sales. We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable working with customers, communicate clearly, and enjoy working toward sales and service goals. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. Employees are paid weekly, with compensation ranging from $19.00–$22.00 per hour. What You’ll Do Represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations Greet customers, identify their needs, and answer questions Explain available products, services, and current promotions Provide recommendations and assist customers through the sales and enrollment process Work toward individual and team performance goals What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, sales, or other customer-facing positions may be a strong fit for this role.
