Production Manager

**Branded Merchandise Specialist**  We are seeking an organized, creative, and client-focused Branded Merchandise Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the promotional products industry who enjoys working directly with clients, developing creative merchandise ideas, and managing projects from concept through production.    This position will support account management across the team, assisting with client communication, project coordination, and day-to-day account needs. As experience and knowledge grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater ownership of select client accounts and develop into a more independent account management role.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, enjoys problem solving, and is eager to grow their client and account management skills.    **Key Responsibilities**  * Manage daily client communications and maintain strong client relationships. * Develop creative branded merchandise ideas aligned with client goals, campaigns, and brands. * Prepare product quotes, estimates, and sales orders. * Work closely with clients to finalize product selections, artwork, pricing, and order details. * Communicate with suppliers to source products, confirm pricing, and manage timelines. * Assist with order processing and production management to ensure orders are executed accurately and on schedule. * Support client accounts and internal team members as needed. * Work efficiently within a remote team environment while maintaining strong independent workflow. **Qualifications**  * 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry required (3+ years preferred) * Strong account management and client communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset * Ability to think quickly and creatively when challenges arise * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team   **Industry Experience**  Experience with sourcing promotional products, decoration methods, supplier communication, and managing production timelines strongly preferred.    **Technical Skills**  Experience with the following tools and systems:  * Microsoft Office 365 * Excel — strong proficiency preferred * Word and Powerpoint – working knowledge * CommonSKU (preferred but not required) * Adobe Illustrator (working knowledge is a plus)     **Additional Qualities We're Looking For**  * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems * Strong work ethic and attention to detail * Creative thinker who enjoys developing branded merchandise concepts * Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy * Comfortable communicating with both clients and suppliers *ESG Statement: We strive to make our world better by utilizing ingenuity and technology to minimize our environmental impact, cultivating a business that recognizes the intrinsic value of diversity and inclusion, and requiring accountability, transparency, and integrity in everything we do.* *CJK Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
