Physical Therapist - PT

Role: Physical Therapist in a home health setting, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills: Valid state licensure, current BLS certification; preferred doctorate degree, experience, and additional certifications. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform tasks, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
