Part-time Weekend Event Marketing Representatives

**$15+ per hour base, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.** Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our **event marketing sales team**, both weekday and weekend shifts available.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning **commission in addition to base pay**. You will represent our brand at **fairs,** **festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores;** promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida. **Requirements** * Strong communication and people skills * Positive attitude and a team player mindset * Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing * Comfortable standing for extended periods * Must be available to work **weekends** * Reliable transportation to event locations * Bilingual a plus. **Benefits** * **Hourly pay + commission bonuses + mileage + travel reimbursement.
