This is a strong opportunity for a creative producer who understands short-form video, direct-response marketing, and the power of strong ad creative. Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you able to work full-time in-office Monday to Friday? Do you have experience creating short-form video ads or social media video content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta, or YouTube Shorts? What was your role in the videos you submitted? Have you created content specifically for paid ads, not just organic social media? Have you managed UGC creators, actors, spokespeople, freelancers, or outside talent before? Which editing tools do you have experience with? How many usable short-form video ads can you realistically produce per week? Do you understand that this is not a social media manager role and the main job is creating paid ad creatives that generate leads? What makes a strong first 3 seconds of a video ad?
