The AD Leaf is the largest advertising agency in Central Florida with our sites set on west coast expansion. After careful review and selection, we have concluded the Las Vegas Metro area is the perfect destination to begin our expansion and re-launch our company near the West Coast to serve our Western U.S. clients. Our firm began in Newport Beach, California in 2012 and experienced much of its growth after our cross-country move to the Orlando area in 2015.
We are opening our Las Vegas office in August of 2023 and we are seeking a talented SEO and Google Ads Strategist to join our team in Las Vegas. Join a team of strategic, innovative, highly skilled, and detail-oriented marketing professionals! Before reading on, you must possess previous ad agency, in-house marketing and tangible search engine and Google Pay per Click experience and results. You must also understand this position will temporarily begin remotely and upon opening our new office you will be required to report to the office in person. Our staff enjoys a hybrid working environment after their 90-day introductory period.
Position Summary

As a strategic SEO and Google Ads strategist, you will get to work with all marketing departments on high-level projects that will help our clients and you grow. Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of people and can't leave without making a positive impact. Someone who is obsessed with the power of Google; is creative & curious, strategic, passionate, achievement driven and resourceful when interacting with your clients online communities and building interpersonal relationships.
You: A love for communicating ideas, problem solving, and creating advanced SEO strategies is key! We are committed to making brands look their best, and front end website development and SEO is the way to do that. If you are obsessed with digital marketing and sharing the best of the best of what makes brands great, we can train you for the additional skills you will need to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Work in office only to coordinate with other team members (no remote applicants will be considered)
• Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised
• Show passion and genuine caring for our clients, their business, and improving their revenue and profitability through your marketing efforts
• Protect sensitive client information and maintain a strict level of client confidentiality
• Prepare detailed strategy reports
• Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites
• Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites content
• A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP programming languages.
• Experience with the most common CMSs like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, WIX, Weebly, Squarespace, etc.
• Show excellent proficiency with front end libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Ensure clients websites are optimized in accordance with the latest algorithm updates and forward-looking trending updates
• Ensure offsite strategies are in compliance with latest algorithm updates and forward-looking trending updates
• Write effective call-to-action statements
• Write original, powerful SEO content for blogs and websites
• Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines
• Strategize ways to improve and track site performance
• Compile and present SEO performance reports
• Consult with independent web designers to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking
