About Columbus Town Money Saver Town Money Saver has been putting local businesses in front of their neighbors since 1992, with direct mail marketing that works in nearly 100 communities. Columbus Town Money Saver is hiring an independent outside sales representative for the Columbus area, including Pickerington, Grove City, and Hilliard. The role This is an independent contractor (1099) sales position. You'll meet local business owners in person, learn what they need, and sell them the marketing that fits. You'll be selling in an established market, where our magazine is already mailing and local businesses already know it. What you'll sell The Town Money Saver community magazine, mailed monthly to local homes Premium Products: VIP cards, inserts, and postcards Extended Mail: direct mail that reaches beyond your local area TMS+ Digital: websites, SEO, reputation management, and social Marketing Essentials: business cards, signs, banners, brochures, and more What you'll do Call on local businesses in person and start conversations with owners and managers Present the right mix of print and digital marketing for each business Follow up, close sales, and keep advertisers coming back month after month Introduce existing advertisers to the rest of the product line Keep your accounts and follow-ups organized What you bring Outside sales experience A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Comfort walking into a business and starting a conversation Availability on weekdays, with flexibility in how you organize your day The self-motivation to manage your own accounts and follow-ups What we provide Ad design, printing, and mailing handled by our production team, so you can focus on selling An established product with more than 30 years behind it Training and support Pay $2083.00 Per Month + Commission. Total earnings depend on your experience, schedule, and sales. This is an independent contractor (1099) position; you are responsible for your own taxes. What to expect This is face-to-face selling. Most of your time will be spent out meeting business owners, and relationships take time to turn into sales. If you'd rather work from a desk or remotely, this isn't the right role.
