Outdoor Advertising Installer

Lamar Advertising Company is seeking an Outdoor Advertising Installer to join our field operations team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and remove vinyl billboards and other outdoor advertising displays for a wide range of advertisers. Responsibilities include working at heights on structures, safely operating trucks and lifts, using hand and power tools, and following strict safety and quality standards. You'll read work orders and layouts, document completed jobs, and collaborate with local teams to deliver accurate, on-time campaigns that keep Lamar's high-visibility media inventory looking its best. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and remove outdoor advertising structures and vinyl billboard faces safely and efficientlyOperate trucks, lifts, and hand/power tools to complete field installationsInspect structures for damage, wear, and safety compliance; perform basic repairsRead and follow work orders, maps, and layout diagrams for accurate ad placementWork at heights and in varying weather conditions while following safety protocolsCommunicate with operations and sales teams to confirm job completion and qualityKeep tools, vehicles, and materials organized, clean, and in good working orderDocument work performed with photos, logs, and basic digital reporting toolsRequired Skills Billboard or sign installationWorking at heights and fall protectionOperation of bucket trucks and liftsUse of hand and power toolsBasic carpentry or construction skillsReading work orders and site diagramsEquipment and vehicle safety proceduresBasic electrical/lighting troubleshootingDigital/photo documentation of workTime management and route planning
