Your primary responsibility will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while engaging in high-volume outreach. You will present customized media solutions to clients in the telecommunications and media sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new B2B clients through proactive outbound calls, engaging emails, and in-person meetings.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline within your designated territory.Create and deliver compelling advertising proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close new business.Collaborate closely with operations and design teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.Keep precise records of activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in our CRM.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Represent Lamar in local business communities and at industry events.Required Skills Experience in outbound salesProven track record in B2B salesExpertise in cold callingSkills in prospecting and lead generationProficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Knowledge of media and advertising salesAbility to deliver persuasive sales presentationsExpertise in contract negotiationStrong pipeline management skillsSales forecasting capabilitiesUnderstanding of digital advertisingCompetence in territory management
