Our equipment — including the Urraco Evo, Micromat, Komet, and Merak series — supports applications across MSW, metals, C&D, e-waste, plastics, wood, and RDF in 100+ countries. Lindner Recyclingtech America leads U.S. sales, service, and business development. We are a growth-focused team with direct access to global engineering and full support from Lindner’s established headquarters marketing team in Europe. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist or Director of Marketing to build and scale Lindner America’s digital presence. This role requires both creative execution and strong B2B marketing fundamentals within industrial or recycling markets. The Role As the first dedicated U.S. marketing hire, you will own and execute all core marketing functions while leveraging strategy, assets, and collaboration from the global marketing team. You will be hands-on across content, digital campaigns, website management, and events — working directly with leadership and sales to drive measurable pipeline impact. Title will align with experience and scope (Specialist vs Director).
