* Track and assess marketing program performance, gather feedback and share insights with leadership to ensure goals and budgets are met.
* Partner closely with sales leadership to understand business needs and then help drive cross-functional marketing projects forward by owning timelines, budgets, resources, and day-to-day execution.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
* Compile, analyze, and maintain marketing and research data, support events and initiatives, and help shape short- and long-term marketing strategy planning.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING:**
* Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaigns, advertising, and working within regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage change, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
* Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with sound judgment and strong analytical ability.
* Comfortable using standard computer tools, including spreadsheets, and working with data to support marketing decisions.
* You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
