As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute projects to deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. This role encompasses all aspects of a project which may include defining the scope, developing/managing the project schedule, assigning and working on tasks, risk mitigation, ensuring quality through testing criteria and accepting accountability for results. **What You Will Do:** * Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control. * Act as a liaison between requestors and creative/brand marketing team to understand project requirements. * Provide structure to ensure project objectives are achieved from both a creative and business perspective. * Build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver projects that are on-brand and on-time. * Develop contingency plans to ensure projects are successfully delivered in the instance of unexpected challenges or to meet changing project needs. * Build upon established processes to improve project workflow and communication. * Track and report metrics of creative team’s progress and work output. * Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results and create efficiency. * Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. **What You Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, creative writing, or business preferred. * One year of related experience is preferred.
