Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies while actively driving sales growth. This role combines creative marketing skills with strong sales execution to generate leads, build customer relationships, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities Marketing Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online presence Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Coordinate promotions, advertising, and branding initiatives Track and report on campaign performance (ROI, lead generation, engagement) Sales Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Present products/services and close sales effectively Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, CRM systems) Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Skills Experience with CRM software Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing Strong organizational and time-management skills Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
