About TDS Design Build TDS Design Build is a residential design-build firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Our team of designers and craftspeople design, develop, and remodel homes throughout the greater Madison area. We've been doing this work for over 40 years and we're known for our craftsmanship, our defined process, and the way we treat our clients and team. The Role We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to keep our marketing, communications, and early-stage sales follow-through running smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and across the full TDS team. This is a role with real impact and room to grow. What You'll Do Support our sales process through scheduling, lead tracking, client-facing documents, and CRM management Maintain brand consistency across all channels — social media, email campaigns, and website Coordinate photography, project documentation, and content creation Ensure a smooth client experience from first contact through project completion Support internal communications, team events, and culture touchpoints What We're Looking For Strong writing skills and clear, professional communication Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-through Comfortable with digital tools — CRM, social media, email marketing, design tools, AI Able to take ownership and keep things moving without being asked Curious, proactive, and genuinely invested in doing good work Madison-based or actively relocating Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full-time depending on candidate and fit 24–40 hours/week Monday–Thursday in-office, flexible Fridays $28–$34/hour depending on experience Competitive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and 401k Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
