**Job Responsibilities:**
* Partner with market /division leaders, business development, marketing, and other stakeholders to establish priorities and develop strategies and campaigns that achieve market growth objectives.
* Create a marketing plan, inclusive of both internal and external communication programs, and maintain the marketing budget.
* Hire, manage, train, and mentor team members to provide growth and development.
* Formalize processes relative to budget, workflow, data management and prioritization.
* Communicate and protect brand standard s while promoting consistency across market - facing communications.
* Develop and manage quarterly and annual reports and presentations (shareholders' report, business plan, operations meeting, board meetings, enterprise meetings).
* Lead the planning, development, and delivery of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments while providing direction, coordination, and coaching to marketing teams:
+ Review request for proposal/ request for quote and client’s needs
+ Plan/outline the criteria/responsibilities
+ Assign responsibilities/monitor deadlines
+ Direct content which best meets client’s criteria
+ Write/edit content
+ Lead kickoff and quality review meetings
+ Lead presentation development and provide interview coaching
* Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives, including:
+ Collect and analyze relevant market data
+ Assemble detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients across multiple industries
+ Utilize market data to create and disseminate targeted messaging across multiple platforms
+ Research and analyze keyword s, develop content, develop landing pages, and track click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI
* Oversee and support the development of business development documents (i.e., digital and print assets) and marketing strategies.
* Research, analyze, and prepare market data.
* Manage the collection, organization, maintenance, and accuracy of marketing/business development information, resources, files, and schedules.
* Lead marketing communications, industry events, conferences, and other market - facing activities, which will require some travel.
* Manage and review content for the internal database of project descriptions, resumes, standard content, clients, subconsultants, contacts (i.e., CRM).
* Monitor and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, proposal teams, and resources to ensure successful delivery, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
* Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for marketing resources, priorities, and outcomes while supporting market growth objectives.
* Participate in company - wide marketing activities and the Marketing Council.
* Manage and lead the development of content for the website and digital content supporting business development and market initiatives.
* Manage specialty programs or assignments for the enterprise marketing team, market or segment.
**Education & Years of Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, business development, or proposal management is required. Seven or more years of experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people through direct supervision, project leadership, coaching and influence, as well as lead large, complex and strategically important pursuits and marketing initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing, facilitation and presentation capabilities.
* Solid understanding of AEC industry terminology and procedures
* Ability to prioritize resources, balance workloads, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Advanced analytical, problem -solving, and decision - making skills
* Experience with CRM databases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities
* Excellent project management skills
* Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
* Advanced understanding of graphic design and production

**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations and therefore must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand - eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
