Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Role and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Phihong on a global level. * Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message in the power supply market. * Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products. * Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences. * Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies. * Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans. * Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets. * Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials. * Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency. * Strong analytical skills and experience in market research. * Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred. * Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences. * Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
