🚀 Marketing Director 📍 Sarasota, FL (On-site) | Relocation Assistance Available Help Scale a $40M Business to $100M+ We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing across three established brands serving both B2B wholesale and DTC eCommerce customers. This isn't a role where you'll be asked to rebuild a department. The strategy, team, systems, and agency partnerships are already in place. We're looking for a leader who can optimize, scale, and elevate what's already working while helping drive the company's next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the President, you'll have a seat at the leadership table and play a key role in shaping business strategy through marketing. What You'll Do ✅ Lead marketing strategy and execution across three brands ✅ Coach and develop a talented in-house marketing team ✅ Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth ✅ Own campaign planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution ✅ Analyze and communicate marketing performance using KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue ✅ Oversee Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, marketing automation, and agency partnerships What We're Looking For ✔️ 10+ years of marketing leadership experience ✔️ Experience marketing to both DTC/eCommerce and Wholesale/B2B customers ✔️ Strong business acumen with a proven ability to use analytics to drive growth ✔️ Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams ✔️ Hands-on experience with Shopify, HubSpot, and Google Analytics (GA4) ✔️ Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business decisions Bonus Points ⭐ Multi-brand marketing experience ⭐ Manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket background ⭐ Experience working with external marketing agencies and NetSuite ERP Why Join OE Wheel? 🚀 Help scale a growing company from $40M to $100M+🤝 Direct partnership with the President and executive leadership📈 Established marketing team and infrastructure already in place💡 High-impact role with real influence on company growth🏥 Employer-paid health insurance💰 Base Salary: $92,000–$117,000 + 20% annual bonus (OTE up to $150,000)📦 Relocation assistance available If you're a collaborative marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making and enjoys building upon a strong foundation, we'd love to hear from you.
