Key Tasks Internal Communications: • Coordinate content and distribution for employee newsletters and Viva Engage community communications. • Establish and maintain marketing and internal communication processes for the Frequentis USA internal home page. • Serve as the Marketing liaison to the Employee Engagement Committee and support committee planning and initiatives. Events and Customer Engagement: • Coordinate logistics for internal events, official visits, and visits to the DC Experience Center in partnership with the Executive Coordinator. • Work with the Sales team and Executive Coordinator to support customer engagement activities. • Manage conference logistics, including demonstrations, materials, promotional items, vendor coordination, and other event requirements. • Coordinate pre- and post-conference meetings, timelines, and follow-up activities. • Track conference performance indicators, including lead-generation results. Content and Digital Marketing: • Organize and maintain marketing content so materials are current, accessible, and easy for the team to locate. • Monitor the company website and LinkedIn presence, identify content updates, and coordinate required changes. • Print and order marketing collateral as needed. • Support paid and organic social media campaigns and track campaign and page performance. Key Qualifications Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with close attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, leadership, and administrative teams. • Willingness to support travel and events outside standard business hours, as needed. Preferred Experience • Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or customer visits. • Experience supporting internal communications, social media, website content, or digital campaigns. • Familiarity with content organization, marketing performance tracking, and lead-generation reporting. • Experience working in an aviation, technology, government-contracting, or business-to-business environment is a plus.
