Marketing Coordinator

Mid-Atlantic Energy Solutions is a growing electrical and HVAC company serving the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. We’re an established, well-respected company that is growing aggressively, and we’re looking for someone who can help tell our story. We’re hiring a Content & Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing content. This is a hands-on position. We don't need someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day and make generic social media posts. We need someone who can find the good stuff, capture it, organize it, and turn it into content that makes people want to work with us — or work for us. The schedule will be approximately 20 - 30 hours per week and can be somewhat flexible for the right person. This is just the beginning! The more growth you help create the more work and hours you will get. This can become a full time position! Job Responsibilities: Visit job sites and capture high-quality photos and videos of our electrical and HVAC projects Take before-and-after photos Capture short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Interview technicians, customers, and team members when appropriate Identify interesting projects and turn them into marketing opportunities Build a large, organized library of our work Coordinate with our rep at WBOC/Draper Media Assist in managing our social media platforms Build and organize our content Library Marketing emails Take point on local trade shows and advertising opportunities Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need a marketing degree. We're much more interested in finding someone who is creative, organized, motivated, and knows how to make things look good. Someone who can say "this will make a great post" and then make it happen. Our new hire has: Good social media skills Experience using canva Experience with Mailchimp A clean driving record and reliable transportation This position will require travel to and from job sites. Mid-Atlantic Energy Solutions will cover gas and tolls as well as offer a milage compensation.
