About this role

WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our Marketing Manager to support efforts in branding, promotion, building interest, and lead generation for our various business units. This is a full-time, in office position with competitive base pay and excellent benefits, including employee stock ownership, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions. The Responsibilities Of The Position May Include Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.Maintain accurate notes, calendars, tasks for internal Marketing initiatives.In conjunction with our Marketing Manager, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:Email campaignsCoordinated Events & WebinarsSocial Media ManagementDigital Content CreationCoordinated drop-off campaigns (to be carried out by our sales team)Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:Brochures, whitepapers, and blogsScriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinarsDevelop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertisingCirculating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attentionTake employee photographs for badges and website, as well as during cultural events for employer branding purposesDesign email templates, brochures, landing pages, flyer, white papers, and web pagesTake employee photographs for badges and website, as well as during cultural events for employer branding purposesExecute customer engagement email campaigns for all business units Minimum Requirements Each WingSwept employee is expected to adhere to our core values of being Honest, Eager, Accountable, Respectful, and a Team Player in all their interactions.Some progress toward Bachelor's degree required in a Marketing-related fieldMust present a polished, professional imageMust be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week from our office in Garner, NCAble to learn new environments and technologies quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasksMust have a Team Player attitude and ability to collaborate with othersCreative, innovative, resourceful and results-orientedMust be able to pass a background check and drug testMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, or experience in marketing automation systems and CRM platforms Graphic design experience Website design experience If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply today!
