About this role

Turn Offroad is looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help grow the brand across digital, event, and content channels. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts — executing campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and keeping projects moving from concept to completion. You'll work closely with leadership to bring the Turn Offroad story to life across social media, email, paid advertising, and live events, supporting a brand built for the people who'd rather find their own path than follow someone else's. If you're organized, resourceful, and genuinely passionate about the overlanding and off-road world, this is your chance to build something worth driving toward. This is not a full-time content creator role. Success here comes from coordinating execution, managing timelines, and making sure the right deliverables get done — not doing all production work individually. Location: Riverside, CA (Primarily In-Office) Type: Full-Time Reports to: Fractional CMO Works closely with: eCommerce & Shopify Specialist, Product, Operations, Sales What You'll Do: Campaign & Project Coordination (Primary Function) Support execution of marketing initiatives across product launches, promotions, events, and sponsorships Maintain timelines, task tracking, and approvals (Asana or similar) Coordinate across internal teams (product, ecommerce, creative, operations) Coordinate internal and external resources (designers, editors, contractors) Ensure deliverables are completed on time and nothing falls through the cracks Product Launch Support Coordinate all marketing assets required for product launches: photo and video content, social assets, and dealer materials Maintain launch checklists and timelines to prevent missed details Ensure ecommerce has everything needed for launch in coordination with the ecommerce specialist Content & Asset Coordination Coordinate the creation of marketing assets including product photos, install videos, short-form video, and social media assets Capture basic in-house content when needed (photo/video) and occasionally step in to assist with capture or a quick edit when resources are stretched Work with internal team members, contractors, or third-party vendors for editing and production Review and QA content to ensure it meets brand and campaign standards Organize and maintain a clean, accessible asset library Email & SMS Execution Support Build and send marketing emails and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo QA campaigns for accuracy (links, products, formatting) Coordinate campaign timing with product availability and launch schedules Social Media Execution Support Schedule and publish content across social platforms Support launch-related posts and ongoing content cadence Monitor basic engagement and flag anything notable Reporting & Analytics Pull weekly/monthly performance reports from platforms (GA4, Meta, etc.) Compile data into dashboards for review Track KPIs against goals and surface insights General Marketing Support Assist with dealer communications and materials Support events and sponsorships from coordination through on-site execution Maintain internal documentation and templates Step in wherever execution gaps exist in a fast-moving environment What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a product, lifestyle, or outdoor/adventure brand Highly organized and detail-oriented. You keep things from falling through the cracks. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication skills; you can write an authentic caption and a clear creative brief Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content production workflows Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred). You don't need to own the channel, but you need to know your way around it Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and project management tools (Asana or similar) Bonus points if you've got some experience behind a camera or in a basic editing suite (CapCut, Premiere, etc.). Passion for off-road, overlanding, or outdoor adventure. This community can tell the difference between someone who gets it and someone who doesn't What Success Looks Like: Campaigns and launches run on time without chaos Content and assets are ready when needed Fewer last-minute scrambles and missed details Marketing, ecommerce, and product teams stay aligned The team spends less time chasing tasks and more time executing Why This Role Matters: Turn Offroad exists for the people who see a dirt road and want to know where it goes. We're growing our product line, expanding our presence at events, and deepening our connection with a community that values authenticity over hype. This role is what keeps that momentum from getting stuck; making sure every launch, every post, and every event shows up the way it should.
